Lynse Guerra is a partner at Ramon Worthington Cantu, L.L.C. and an experienced civil trial attorney who has represented businesses, insurers, and individuals throughout South Texas for more than two decades. Her practice focuses on commercial transportation, personal injury, premises liability, construction litigation, insurance coverage, and other complex civil disputes.
Lynse is known for providing practical, strategic counsel tailored to each client’s litigation goals. Her experience includes handling matters from initial investigation through trial. Lynse has been the lead trial attorney in several personal injury and business litigation cases, both in state and federal court.
A fluent Spanish speaker, Lynse is particularly well positioned to serve clients and witnesses throughout South Texas. She earned her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center, where she was inducted into the Order of the Barristers. She graduated cum laude from Texas Christian University with a B.A. in Political Science and Spanish.
Lynse is admitted to practice in Texas and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. She has also served as a director of the Hidalgo County Bar Association and has been active in professional, civic, church, and pro bono initiatives throughout the Rio Grande Valley.
